The warranty for Dr. Modena mattresses commences from the date of delivery and remains valid for the duration specified below, depending on the model purchased:

Scope of Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers manufacturing defects limited to spring sinking exceeding 4 cm under normal residential use and proper handling.
- First Year: Within the first year of purchase, any validated defect will be remedied through a one-to-one mattress replacement.
- After the First Year: Remedies shall be provided in the form of a prorated refund calculated based on the remaining warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorised alterations.
- Normal wear and tear, including changes in comfort or firmness preference.
- Damage to upholstery, fabric, surface materials, or mattress cover caused by regular use.
- Improper care, handling, cleaning, or maintenance.
Proper Usage Requirements
The mattress must be placed on a compatible bed frame or foundation that provides adequate and even support. Failure to comply with manufacturer-recommended usage guidelines may render this warranty void.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser and accompanied by valid proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt or invoice. All claims must be made within the applicable warranty period.
Remedy and Determination
At its sole discretion, Dr. Modena reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product or to issue a prorated refund based on the remaining warranty coverage.
The determination of whether a defect qualifies for warranty coverage shall be made exclusively by Dr. Modena
Warranty Transferability
This warranty is strictly non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability
Dr Modena’s liability under this warranty shall be limited solely to the remedies stated herein. Under no circumstances shall Dr. Modena be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the mattress.
Applicable Law
This warranty grants specific legal rights. Customers may also be entitled to additional rights under applicable Singapore laws and regulations.
